The Islands of Integrity™ e-course introduces the core concepts and tools behind the methodology through interactive online learning.
The course combines practical examples, case studies and applied exercises designed to help participants understand how corruption can be treated and prevented through organizational transformation. At the course end you will receive a nominal certificate of participation.

The practitioner development program combines asynchronous e-learning, practical assignments and live online sessions. Participants develop skills in the three key practitioner’s roles, required in methodology implementation:
- Trainer
- Consultant
- Facilitator
This course prepares you to apply the methodology while working with a real client.
Become a certified practitioner
apply the methodology in a real organization under mentoring and join the international network of certified practitioners..
Participants work with organizations that voluntarily engage in participatory self-assessment and institutional reform.
Under the mentoring of an experienced certified practitioner, participants facilitate the methodology process from diagnosis to solution design and implementation.
Certification is granted after:
- finalizing the practitioners development program
- application in a real organization, mentored by an experienced certified practitioner
- documented results - such as strategic and action plans, resulting in improved services, greater customers trust and satisfaction, better financial balance sheets, more efficient assets management
- and completion of the methodology licensing agreement
